The submission of an entry shall constitute agreement on the part of the artist to the conditions set forth in this call for entries. All reasonable care in handling works of art will be exercised by SLCC staff and its agents, but SLCC is not liable for loss of or damage to work submitted for jurying, exhibition or return.
All entrants into the SLCC student art showcase must have been enrolled at SLCC either concurrently, full, or part time within the past 12 months from this call. All artwork submitted for this art showcase must have been created during the previous or current academic year. We reserve the right to refuse works not accurately represented by the digital images submitted.
Artist hereby grants permission to SLCC to photograph and/or videotape and/or to authorize others to photograph and/or videotape the Artwork and Exhibit for any non-commercial use, including but not limited to, installation documentation, publicity of the Artwork and/or Exhibit, record keeping and additional non-commercial purposes such as, among others, educational, public relations and promotion of the arts.
